Do not rent this illegal third floor attic space one bedroom apartment.

Pros:
I liked where the building is located in the neighborhood.
Cons:
The landlord was a very nosey monitoring person, that often wanted to know what I was taking upstairs in my shopping cart, which was always groceries. The landlord charges tenants to pay extra money for family that stay and visit from international countries, like it was some sort of hotel which gave her extra money. Freezing winters, no heat, landlord does NOT like to repair Aprartment or takes months to do so. Toilet system does not work well, most importantly, the attic is literally infested with German roaches. I ate them, and drank them even though I clean my new water bottles, the roaches would find themselves in the spout. Roaches also bit me. Landlord does not like to exterminate the apartment. This landlord loves to lie, steal peoples mail, and federal document and packages. Please DO NoT rent out this third floor attic space, you will Regret it!!!!
Advice to owner:
Get a life, stop being criminalist and do All of your landlord duties!!!!
