Landlord is disrespectful

Pros:
Quiet building in the Bronx
Cons:
Severe roach infestation. Property use to be clean but after neighbors moved in there has been a severe roach and rodent infestation. Landlord is extremely rude and disrespectful. Super is kind and helpful. Landlord is always showing up at all hours drunk and yelling. He is very cheap and does patched up work to avoid paying a professional.
