    Landlord is disrespectful

    Pros:
    Quiet building in the Bronx
    Cons:
    Severe roach infestation. Property use to be clean but after neighbors moved in there has been a severe roach and rodent infestation. Landlord is extremely rude and disrespectful. Super is kind and helpful. Landlord is always showing up at all hours drunk and yelling. He is very cheap and does patched up work to avoid paying a professional.

    Cheap rent in bronx

    Bad area but nice quiet neighbors
    Cons:
    Landlord is disrespectful to tenants and talks down to super. Landlord shows up to property at 7am to yell and scream and curse in building. Does patchwork instead of properly fixing what’s damaged. Building has severe roach and mice infestation. You can see dead roaches in hallway. If someone goes over to visit you landlord runs them off property and even blocks entryway to prevent guests from entering building.

    You are so rude
