Worst building ever

Pros:
Nothing is good about this building, don’t move here.
Cons:
Creepy neighbors, dirty elevators, poorly maintained apartments, inconsistent heat and hot water, garbage area is poorly maintained, windows don’t open or shut freely, I can go on and on.
Advice to owner:
Move the tenants out of the building and renovate and revamp. This building is a sad excuse of a home and it is not run properly at all.
