This shouldn’t be an option for this building
Cons:
Literally everything is wrong here. Down to the neighbors, neighborhood, super, and management.
Advice to owner:
To management,
If you cared just a little bit, just a tiny bit you would see that the value of this building has diminished tremendously. This is no way to live. As I write this I’m searching for a new place.
