Horrible place landlord doesn't like to fix nor provide adequate heat/water

Cons:
Very old place and falling apart
Advice to owner:
Landlord needs to learn how to fix his property and stop cutting corners when repairs need to be done. Learn to provide heat/hot water. Screen your residents better that's why your property looks horrible.
