The worst management company I’ve ever encountered
Pros
The building is clean, the doorman is nice, it’s all bright and shiny and has potential to be great.
Cons
The management company does not give one crap about you, they are unresponsive, apparently our super left and there was zero notice to this day.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive.

Unprofessional management company
Pros
The building is new and the construction is good. The doorman and the janitors are amazing and kind. Building is clean and has all the amenities one would want.
Cons
Management is the worst. Takes 3-4 business days to respond to ANY email. You will be left on your own to figure out payment or leasing issues. They have no working phone number - no one answers calls or returns them. No response to multiple emails which leads to extreme frustration.
Advice to the owners
Hire better and professional people.
