    Pros:
    Caribbean neighborhood. Residential area.
    Cons:
    Dirty. Ghetto. Landlord doesn’t care about anything but the rent. He won’t fix/maintain your apartment unless you call 311.
    Advice to owner:
    Sell the building to someone that cares.
