Horrible property
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
Brittle wood floors Thin walls Owner lied about the rooms there are 10 bedrooms inside (5 on each floor) one bathroom each Rodent infested loud neighbors Other Residents who occupy the rooms report they are being taken advantage of. The owner did not even take precautions when COVID-19 hit. Residents weren’t given any flexibility when it came to paying Owner complained about residents using too much electricity The kitchen light bulb went out and the owner never came to replace it 5 residents and one fridge (regular sized) Fights break out on the property Some residents in the Property Purposely try to cause commotion in the house. Also uses her husband as a landlord
Advice to owner:
You need to be fined and sued
