If you like no heat and crumbling infrastructure
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a nice neighborhood close to the five train, and you have a nice park across the street.
Cons:
They do not turn on the heat during winter there’s only one exit because they locked off all the other doors, which is a fire hazard. I Con-Ed routinely, turns off the Building lights because they don’t pay their bills. There’s garbage all over the building because they routinely don’t take out the trash. There’s leaks in the apartments and cracks all over the building. The place is infested with rodents and cockroaches since the don’t again take out the garbage and they actually use it as a dumping ground For their other apartments. If you need something fixed, don’t bother they don’t answer their phone or they’ll just hang up on you and all they care about is getting their rent. they’ve had multiple violations every year from the city. I still don’t know how they’re in business. they’ve had multiple violations every year from the city. Still don’t know how they’re in business.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a slumlord.

I can't wait to get the hell out of here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only thing positive about this place is it isn't noisy and there is a school, stores, transportation and park near by.
Cons:
Pests, garbage piled up in the back sometimes for as long as two weeks . Rent is overpriced for size of apartments.
Advice to owner:
To sell the property to someone who would actually care for the place and residents
