It's going down hill.

Pros:
Very comfortable apartments
Cons:
Building is outdated. Super is never around.
Advice to owner:
Restore water pressure to buildings. Windows and fire escape are outdated. Bricks need pointing. Hallway fire alarms have been beeping for months. Find someone new who can better care and beautify the property.
