Short and sweet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Other than somewhere to lay my head at night - nothing.
Cons:
It’s an old property. Smells like mold. Not kept up. Gnat infestation coming from sewer line. Mice (9 total) during the fall 2020. Fixtures don’t work. Needs major renovation imo.
