Good Location, Horrible Apartment Maintenance and Customer Service

Pros:
Close by to several major transportation avenues
Cons:
Tenants do not receive proper building maintenance such as consistent heat, hot water during winter months, windows tuck points are deteriorated leading to major mold problems inside apartments, long wait times or no response at all when problems within apartment arise.
Advice to owner:
Investing in your property will equal better clientele and relationships with them.
