Pros:
5 minute walk to the train station. Buses to Westchester. 15-20 minute drive to Casino, Shopping mall and Supermarkets.
Cons:
Halls smell like cigarettes. Junkies hanging out in the lobby. Dirty hall wall. Neighbors are pleasant with the exception of their visitors.
Advice to owner:
Have better house keeping.
