Building turning to a dump

Pros:
Size of apts, location
Cons:
Building has 72 units with a part-time part that only empties garbage and mops 6 floors with the same bucket of water 2 times a week. No response to emails or phone calls grass knee high. Stairwells smell like urine. Super does half ass job every time he does a repair. Manager doesn’t make sure super does what needs to be done till completion, super seems to never have necessary materials to do repairs. Super smells like he has been drinking,
Advice to owner:
The manager and super need to be replaced, and need to go back to having tenants sign that work orders are complete. Hire full time porter t really wants to work. This building has been going down since we got the manager David.
