Do Better For Tenants

Pros:
I like the spaciousness of the apartment itself, the quietness of the neighborhood.
Cons:
The rodent and pest infestation, the water pressure and temperature, the bathroom overall needs a complete renovation, mold infestation, Super not helping in a timely manner.
Advice to owner:
Please do better for current and new tenants. There is no reason someone who pays rent cant live comfortable due to the lack of keeping the building up to par.
