Slumlords lives on the first floor

Pros:
This second floor in out in the cold and a steep on of that. The mental steps are never cleaned by the landlord. The apartment on the second floor is so cold due to lack/no insulation that you be cold or hot throughout the year. Now the slumlords took out the steam heat for you to pay your for your own heat. The landlord even don’t have pest control and never had any track of it.
Cons:
If you think that the end the cons are . Mold,no ventilation, and no concern for your peace. You try living here and you’ll know. Your light bill would be over $300 almost every time some times your lucky it come $230. There’s something wrong here. That even before the install of baseboard. It was steamed heated.
Advice to owner:
Clean steps , pest control, give heat when infants are in the house , clean mold before it effects health and leave a designated walk way for tenants .
