Cons:
The maintenance of the building is horrendous. The smell of garbage and the occassional dead rat when you enter the lobby. Last year we had a severe gnat problem, there was an invasion and it wasn't cleaned up for months, then the elevator is always a problem. The owners don't maintain the elevator, it always gets stuck on the 2nd floor, it stops there automatically. The whole building is an accident waiting to happen, There is no one in the building to maintain it. They have a super but he's not really involved in the building, there is a lot of deterioration and lack of services.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building. This building is beyond repair, too many issues and you don't have the right personnel to maintain it. .
