Okay Option for Temporary Home

Pros:
For the most part, great people that live in the building
Cons:
Building management does not take care of its units. We consistently had leaks on the ceiling from poor plumbing that’s never properly resolved.
Advice to owner:
Put some love into ALL of your buildings. Hire the right people to get the job done

Mold, serious pest problem, building super was stealing from apartments, inconsistent management comoany

Such a nice location and you treat the building like it is crap.
