Hmmmm Something to really think about………….
Former Tenant
Pros:
Area is great. Schools, Doctors offices and Shopping Centers are all a small walk away.
Cons:
NO HEAT DURING WINTER. NO HOT WATER DURING WINTER EITHER.
Advice to owner:
Great area and building just fix or get a new BOILER.
