Review Summary for 2500 Johnson Avenue
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 2500 Johnson Avenue highlight a mix of positives and challenges. Tenants appreciate the well-kept common areas, attentive doormen, and generally friendly neighbors, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. Garbage management is often rated high, contributing to a clean environment. However, persistent water leaks, especially on upper floors, and weak water pressure have been recurring issues. Noise levels vary, with some finding the building quiet, while others note disturbances. Owner responsiveness is inconsistent, receiving both praise and criticism. Elevator reliability and occasional rude janitorial staff have been mentioned as areas for improvement. Overall, while the building offers spacious units and good pest control, maintenance concerns may affect the living experience.

It's an okay unit for purchase or renting
Former Tenant
Pros:
They have service men and doormen who keep the area pleasant and up keep the trash but there's water leaks continuously
Cons:
The water leaks from the penthouse floor down, needs to be looked into more. The renters before me experienced the water leaks and never was told about it.

Not a fan.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only pro is there a sizable space in these apartments and I haven’t had any rodent experiences here. Central air is good.
Cons:
Currently located at the penthouse, which is the top floor of the apartment building. I’ve had continuous water leaks since moving in and upon reading recent jobs that were done on this apartment it sounded like water leaks is a usual thing here. Janitors are rude.
