Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 2600 Netherland Avenue reveal a mixed tenant experience. Positives include convenient location near public transport, great Hudson River views, on-site laundry, concierge, and a gym, though amenities come at high extra costs. Cleanliness and garbage management are generally adequate, with friendly staff at times. However, significant issues persist: thin walls lead to noise disturbances, poor enforcement of building rules (especially regarding smoking and pets), persistent pest problems, and slow or inadequate maintenance responses. Many residents report management’s lack of transparency and unresponsiveness, with concerns about hidden fees and lease terms. While some recommend the building for its location, others cite poor management and quality-of-life issues as deterrents.

They could do better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly staff, laundry room on site, concierge means I never miss or lose a package. Maintenance staff is very responsive to requests.
Cons:
The rents are extremely high. I find that they may be doing some shady business, especially after I obtained my apartment registration. It feels like they are doing their best to take advantage of their tenants... they advertise lots of amenities, but none of the amenities are free. Parking is a few hundred dollars a month. the gym is a huge monthly cost, especially in comparison to other gyms. It's just ridiculous that they make it seem like these amenities are a plus if you are a tenant, but in reality, they re not!
