    Poor management experience

    Pros:
    Architectural design of building
    Cons:
    Amenities are very cheap and poorly put together nothing has been updated in three years or cleaned. The gym has pre owned broken equipment. The laundry room and incinerator rooms are filthy. The building constantly smells of garbage.
    Advice to owner:
    For the high amount of monthly rent, amenities should be more up to date and management should be more professional
