It’s okay I guess.

Pros:
Close proximity to all essential businesses, the park and train. Laundry and elevator in building.
Cons:
The building is RARELY CLEANED. Roaches are a thing. If anything ever breaks, the live in super just ignores you and the problem does not get solved. Outdoor cleanliness is also not a thing. The laundry room is small and machines are always filthy or broken. Mind you, there are 3 washers and 2 dryers for 7 floors of apartments. Packages get stolen.
Advice to owner:
Get a cleaning/maintenance group ASAP.

Pros:
Close to public transportation, shopping. Safe neighborhood with a good mixture of residential.
Cons:
Súper is nice, but unresponsive at times.
Advice to owner:
Add working cameras!

Close to the train, quiet, neighbors, nice area
Cons:
Super and landlord are not responsive

Could use improvements but overall it’s a decent to live

Pros:
Elevator, laundry in building, great neighborhood and neighbors. Easy access to the train.
Cons:
There aren’t many laundry machines but the laundromat is close by. Super isn’t responsive and rarely fixes issues in the apartment. Pieces of trash are left outside…they could do better keeping up appearances with the rest of the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Please check in on the basic upkeep on the building and on the tenants! Sometimes things don’t get fixed for a long time.
