Not Worth the Stress
Former Tenant
Pros:
A few nice neighbors.
Cons:
Awful management, pests, leaks in ceiling nearly once a year — one I had to take the landlord to court to get fixed. Was contacting 311 to get anything done.
Advice to owner:
Provide habitable conditions for the tenants who pay you.

Roaches in the walls. They come out of everywhere everything they renovate an apt. Gross.
