    Pros:
    Washer and dryer in the building.
    Cons:
    The neighbors are extremely noisy and I have seen a couple roaches here since I moved in.

    Clean, nice quite neighborhood, good school
    Cons:
    The heat, the heat, the heat Always broken, always needs maintenance especially in very cold days you will be freezing inside Water boiler the same The super is mostly rude and doesn’t really care
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your heat system
