    Clean, great neighbors
    Cons:
    Service exit needs work sometimes, smells so bad when you are going down to laundry mat

    Location and commute.
    Cons:
    Anyone can live here now. Criteria for tenant selection has changed greatly in last 10 years. Super is major busy body. Managing agent is nasty and disrespectful mysoginist. Broker is a wannabe snob.
    Advice to owner:
    New broker. New super. New manager. Exterminator for waterbugs. Strip 10 year old wax on floors. New laundry.
