    Lover the location.
    Quiet building
    Fidan the super is great and responsive and beyondhelpful
    Cons:
    No doorman
    Deliveries should go to the door not the mailbox
    Advice to owner:
    Change the lighting

    Pros:
    I grew up in this place! I really loved it. The people are friendly and the neighborhood is nice. The water pressure was great.
    Cons:
    Construction was the only con. Don’t think there’s construction in the area anymore.
