Management sucks, super is rude and doesn't know how to manage a building

Pros:
Apartments are a really good value for the money. A lot of space and on a nice quiet block close to lots of restaurants.
Cons:
The management handles things really poorly. There was a roach infestation a few months ago and it was handled really poorly until everyone in the building started complaining and then it was a mess generally. Elvis, the Super, is really bad and he's rude to people. Overall it wasn't worth it in the end.
