    Worst landlord ever. Lack on maintenance in all aspects of the building

    Pros:
    Large spaces inside the apartment. Good neighborhood. Stop bus at the door. Close to stores and supermarkets
    Cons:
    Absence of cleaning, maintenance and very slow answers to apartment problems.
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in your property. If you receive something you have to give back
