    Okay Rent-Stabilized - Get what you pay

    - Rent-stabilized building, cheap for the area
    - Super/Management are very responsive
    Cons:
    - Poor ventilation and insulation in rooms leads to HIGH humidity 80%+.

    The area were is located.
    Cons:
    Every apartment has a mice or roach infestation.
    Floors are not insulated.
    Owner keeps money and never updates building.
    Owner is not a people person.
    Owner is rude.
    Owner is ignorant. Wants to buy 10 cats for the building to “control” the pest problem. He thinks he owns a bodega.
    Advice to owner:
    You are a terrible business person. I can' wait for my lease to expire. There is no advice that will fix you.
