Beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and neighbors are nice
Cons:
Water bugs and mice. Constant water leaks. Elevator hasn’t worked in years. Elevator finally redone recently. Repairs are only made due to multiple violations. Management nonexistent.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to a company who can actually take care of it properly.
