    Existing Issues but Enjoyable

    Pros:
    The maintenance team and neighbors were superb.
    Cons:
    Roaches, Water damage, and lack of response from management
    Advice to owner:
    Address the water damage in building and be reachable

    Small apartment for a lot of money
    Advice to owner:
    My only advice is for you to actually care about the property. You are negligent and lazy.
