Pros:
Heat is strong, hot water is great.
Cons:
The heat is strong for the wrong times. They turn it on when there’s no cold and nice out. Bug rats nasty floor. Bums sleeping on stairways both exit strait way and emergency stairs. Building is older maybe then ur great grandparents. Elevator brake down when it wants takes 2 days to fix. So if live on the 16 floor good luck

Messy and dirty, roaches and rats in hallways
