    Pros:
    Beautiful scenery and ideal location.
    Cons:
    Unsafe feeling, unknown people coming and going all hours of the night, garbage thrown out windows, people spit in the elevator
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being greedy and taking in anyone. I was screened when I signed my lease.
