    Old housing buildings need care

    Pros:
    Laundry and Affordable shopping nearby
    Cons:
    Roaches, unresponsive owners, rats, loud neighbors, a lot of gang violence.
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of the people here. You have generations of people living here and you do nothing. Get it together.
