    Pros:
    Calling Elizabeth is very simple and easy to reach her
    Cons:
    Renovation is taking forever to complete. John is a pain in the ass.
    Advice to owner:
    Please know it’s winter and cold every time. Provide us with heat and hot water. Listen to our concerns and take actions.
