They can answer a phone.
Cons
No one is ever respectful Workers never come on time Miss their appointment dates and when you call to reschedule they already marked the appointment as completed. So you have to make a new order. Manager is never present (possible doesn’t have one)
Advice to the owners
Get better employees or increase their pay for better work value. These people are supposed to care of us in the building and this is one of the worst neighborhoods. lack of care from landlords and housing owner like these makes neighborhoods terrible conditions to live in.
