Great, Respectful Neighbors.
Cons:
Extremely dirty basement , dirty elevator ,eXXtra eXXtra large Rats in the basement, the building everyday has drug addicts sleeping on the roof and in between the floors. the tenant on the 1st floor sell drugs to these users who hang in around the building. the roof door is off the hinge. the hallway lights been damaged for almost a year. Syringe all on the floors, Email from your tenants that you guys don't even reply Back. as you can see in the photos below, all the Violation that go on in the Building.
Advice to owner:
for being a new owner you have no respect for any of your Tenants , we still paying rent respectfully despite the conditions of the building. you want us to contact you via email where we never ever get a response back or if we do nothing gets done. the tenants in the building sent pictures of all the conditions and violations in the building through your app and not one thing has been done yet. we looking to either resolving these issues with you or taking it taking it to Housing court. You going to wait till something happens or its too late.
