    Good and bad
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Buildings and grounds are well maintained.
    Cons:
    Horrible manager (rude and nasty to tenants). Interior apartments need updating.
    Advice to owner:
    Get new management. Offer deals to upgrade apartments.
