Pros:
Could have been worse. Neighbors are fine
Cons:
Pests control issues, super dragged feet about a lot of maintenance issues. If it weren’t rent stabilized I wouldn’t live here

Where do I start. A really serious pest infestation. The building is so dirty and poorly kept up with. Stairwells extremely dirty and doorknobs to stairwells always broken off. Buildings front door broke at times, accessible to anyone. Work orders get done when they feel like getting to them. Always leaks. Heat is non-existent during colder months.
Advice to owner:
Please, do a better job, please!
