Not that good
Former Tenant
Pros:
It used to have a balcony aspect and usually we have water
Cons:
the fact that they locked our balconies and have NOT reduced rent for it! they also closed the pool and the park after covid and have not opened it.
Advice to owner:
Fix the building issues and unlock the balcony or reduce rent.
