    Affordable option to consider

    Pros:
    The pricing is good and some of the apartments come with balconies. You can also upgrade the flooring which is a plus.
    Cons:
    No dishwasher or washing machines allowed in the apartment. No control of temperature, the building is always way too hot it way too cold

    Affordable rent you don’t pay utilities
    Cons:
    Crime has went up
    Advice to owner:
    Be prepare to protect yourself from the uptick in crime
