NYCHA sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only thing I can say that’s good about staying here is the slight convenience of going places. The building is in the middle of a bunch of public transportation
Cons:
EVERYTHING. The upkeep is horrible. Most of the tenants are horrible, dirty and vile. Packages will be stolen. The safety of the building AND neighborhood is nonexistent. It’s always something happening. The workers don’t care and do the bare minimum.
I’ve lived here most of my life and it has been rough and depressing
Advice to owner:
NYCHA NEEDS TO CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS AND WORKERS
THESE PEOPLE ARE GREEDY AND CARELESS. MONEY HUNGRY B*stards.
