Pros:
Elevator Fairly clean building
Cons:
Elevator won't work every now and again and you won't know until you need it. Hot water gets shut off without notice prior to most of the time. Loud tenants above and below me as well as on my floor People ring my apartment bell just to access the building without using their key Strangers taking my packages
