A hidden treasure
Former Tenant
Pros:
A well preserved pre-war home with original doors. Owners lived downstairs. Very responsive to any concerns. The apartment has a deck with a beautiful skyline view. Mainly quiet street. Walking distance to JSQ Path station.
Cons:
No central air. It can get very hot in the summers unless you put an AC unit in every single room. The doors and doorknobs were all original to the building but very very flimsy and the hinges were in desperate need of a change.
Advice to owner:
I think it’s time to replace some of the appliances. It may be gone now but there were often bees or hornets lurking around the deck.
