Landlord is incredibly nosey
Landlord has gossiped about tenants to each other
Landlord refused to fix / replace appliances until city officials were called
Landlord invades tenants privacy
Excessive cameras on property - cameras are for the safety of all on the property however, cameras directly next to tenants apartment doors are an invasion of privacy
Landlord will not greet people when he is greeted
Landlord caught multiple times eavesdropping near apartment door of tenants
Slow to make repairs
Landlord has made rude comments to tenants
Landlord is biased against male visitors / relatives of tenants
Landlord has been caught spying on tenants
