    Building needs some TLC
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Small building and eight families per unit.
    Cons:
    The building is filthy with bugs, smells bad, water bugs and mice. Windows are old and need new windows and screens.
    Advice to owner:
    Please have the super do his job and mop and clean the building.
