    Pros:
    The management never handled anything until you call the city and file a complaint! We’ve been living here for 15 years and anytime we complain about things that need to be fixed, they send guys to do a shitty job and even them selves claim that in other locations the job they do here would’ve even be acceptable

    Nothing positive about this building! The management never handled anything until you call the city and file a complaint! We’ve been living here for 15 years and anytime we complain about things that need to be fixed, they send guys to do a shitty job and even them selves claim that in other locations the job they do here would’ve even be acceptable
    Advice to owner:
    Do right by your tenants, upgrade refrigerators, sand and refinish hardwood floors, clean hallways, salt the sidewalks and shovel them when it snows, paint and patch the hallways, fix the intercom!!!!
