Wife Martha is crazy
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is good, access to schools.
Cons:
The owner never want to do repairs. Tenants after me ended up taking them to court to get repairs done. Wife is bat crazy. Biggest issue is they refuse to do repairs. And when they do they get someone they know and the problem continues. And they kept my security deposit
Advice to owner:
When you have tenants you have to spend money when repairs are needed. It is not the tenants responsibility to do repairs on the owners house.
