Exploiitative

Pros:
Quick and easy to get an apartment.
Cons:
Heater barely worked.
Hot water was in unit, so we had to pay to keep the hot water on (separate bill from electricity).
Advice to owner:
Give back my security deposit.

My Student Experience

Pros:
Apartment was very quiet, as we were at the back of the building.
Cons:
Had a leak in my bedroom the entire 1yr 7mos I lived there, never fixed no matter how many times I asked. Apartment was broken into, but landlord was responsive after the fact by changing locks.

Generally Well kept with a few cons

Pros:
-Relatively quiet for the neighborhood, easy garbage disposal, working washer/dryers, responsive landlord, no pests
Cons:
-very unresponsive super, cars parked in the back were noisy at times, occasional annoying neighbor
Advice to owner:
Hire a second super
